How it Works
Ordering online: Processing and handling of orders may take 7-10 business days on some products. Pet food and supplies may take up to 15 days to be delivered. Delivery fees may apply. Dog food, cat food, and cat litter may take up to two weeks to be delivered. Other supplies may be delivered within 5-7 business days. Live insects will normally be delivered in 3 business days to ensure freshness. Standard Shipping will be free for purchases of $50 or more. For orders less than $50, a shipping fee of $9.99 will be added to your total.
Name, address, and phone number will be required on all delivery orders so as to get your order to you promptly. If your order is missing some information, it may take more time, and you may be contacted to clarify such information.
We will refund or exchange any pet supplies that have been reasonably determined to be in good condition in order to be resold within 30 days of purchase. Some exceptions may apply.
T-Rex Pet Shop does not exchange live animals or feeder insects.
